CLEMENTINE POSSETS

  • (serves 6)

    • 600 ml double cream (or vegan option)

    • 200g golden caster sugar

    • 6 clementines

    1. Slice off the tops of the clementines.

    2. Carefully scoop out the insides, including the lids.

    3. Zest two clementines and set the zest aside.

    4. Mix cream, sugar, and the clementine zest.

    5. Squeeze the juice from the clementines and sieve it.

    6. Combine the juice with the cream mixture and bring it to a boil.

    7. Let the mixture cool.

    8. Pour the cooled mixture into the hollowed clementines.

    9. Place the filled clementines in the fridge.

    10. Serve and enjoy your dessert! ๐Ÿงก
