our community guidelines.
thanks for reading!

  • Storage space is available in the changing area. Please note that we do not have lockers and cannot be responsible for any items left unattended. Small valuables, such as wallets, can be brought into the practice room.

  • The Community Table is a shared space for everyone to enjoy our delicious chai, cookies, and some of our favourite books. No outside food or laptops are allowed."

  • Mobile phones: Turn off your phone. Tune into your heart. So you don’t disturb yourself, your neighbour and the teacher. You can leave your phone to charge at our front desk.

  • Yoga mats and props are available for you to use. After the session, please wipe down any equipment you have used.
We have space in the practice room for you to store your own mat. These mats are left at your own risk.

  • We do not take cash. All payments are taken by card only. All of our sessions and events can be booked online or in person.

  • Pricing for in-person and online single sessions, packs, and Die-Hearts memberships can be found here. We are committed to our community and offer special pricing for full-time students, over 65s, and job seekers. If you qualify for any of these, please email us at buddy@lovesupremeprojects.com.
We have also updated our late arrival, late cancellation, and no-show policies. Please remember to cancel your session if you are no longer able to attend.

  • Bikes: We have limited space in our changing area, so cannot store non-folded bikes during your session. We have space for folded bikes and will show you where to store them on arrival.

  • Attire: Wear clothing that is easy for you to move in. While practising you may work up a sweat, so we recommend wearing clothes that keep you cool. Our teachers can give adjustments, so tops are required.

  • Minimum Age: If you are 16 or over, you can practise with us on your own, as long as you have parental consent. If you are under 16, you must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for that person’s safety.

  • Practising while pregnant: It is not recommended that you practise yoga or attend dance sessions in your first trimester. In your second and third trimester, these activities can be an excellent support, depending on your unique circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically capable to practise. We ask that you inform our team, so the teacher can make adjustments for you throughout the session. Gong and certain sound healing sessions are not recommended for the entirety of pregnancy. Please check before booking one of these sessions.

  • Safe Space: We are a community and want to welcome everyone in. However, we reserve the right to refuse entry to our sessions or events, if your behaviour puts our team, yourself or other students' safety at risk.
