our community guidelines.
thanks for reading!

  • Late arrival: We will ask you to wait at reception until there's a suitable time to join the class. This is to avoid any disturbances. We will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to decline a late arrival past 5 minutes.

If you are more than 5 minutes late, your place may be given away to someone on our waiting list.

  • Storage space is available in the changing area. Please note that we do not have lockers and cannot be responsible for any items left unattended. Valuables can be taken up to the studio.

  • The Community table is a shared space for chat and contemplation and should be comfortable for everyone. No external food or laptops are allowed.

  • Mobile phones: Phones must be turned off and not out on the mat during class. Please refrain from taking phone and video calls within the studio.

  • Yoga mats and props are available for you to use. After class, please wipe down any equipment you have used and neatly put them away. We have space in the studio for you to store your own mat, should you wish to do so. These mats are left at your own risk.

  • We are a cashless studio. All payments are taken on card only. All of our classes and events can be booked online or in person at the studio.

  • Pricing for drop-in classes, class packs and unlimited memberships are based on a sliding scale. We have created a sliding scale structure to be inclusive of everyone at different stages of life. The idea is that if you can pay more, you do, and if you cannot, you pay less. We are committed to our community and also to looking after our teachers and paying them well.

  • Bikes: We have limited space in our changing area, so cannot store non-folded bikes during your class. We have space for folded bikes and will show you where to store them on arrival.

  • Attire: Wear clothing that is easy for you to move in. While practising you may work up a sweat, so we recommend wearing clothes that keep you cool. Our teachers give adjustments, so tops are required.

  • Minimum Age: If you are 16 or over, you can practice with us on your own, as long as you have parental consent. If you are under 16, you must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for that person’s safety.

  • Practising while pregnant: It is not recommended that you practise yoga or attend dance classes in your first trimester. In your second and third trimester, these activities can be an excellent support, depending on your unique circumstances. It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically capable to take part in class. We ask that you inform our team, so the teacher can make adjustments for you throughout the class. Gong and certain sound healing sessions are not recommended for the entirety of pregnancy. Please check before booking one of these sessions.

  • Safe Space: We are a community and want to welcome everyone in. However, we reserve the right to refuse entry to classes, if your behaviour puts our staff, yourself or other student’s safety at risk.
