ROOT SOUND SKY WITH JULES FEBRE

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26th - Sunday, SEPTEMBER 28th

Book the full course: £150 In-Person / £120 Online

Root Sound Sky is a weekend of immersive Jivamukti Yoga sessions designed to work individually or as a progressive journey, from grounded strength, through vibrational release, into expansive clarity.

Each workshop blends dynamic asana, breathwork, chanting, yoga philosophy, and meditation, offering tools for insight and transformation that reach beyond the mat. Whether you join for one session or all, you'll experience a complete and soulful dive into a practice that is physical, philosophical, and deeply felt.

These sessions teach us that the body, breath, and sound are gateways, not obstacles to greater clarity and embodied joy.

What You'll Be Doing
- Movement: Expect strong, intelligent vinyasa sequences drawing from Jivamukti Yoga. Each session focuses on a different energetic and physical region.
- Chanting & Sound: Every class includes chanting and/or Nāda Yoga (the yoga of sound) as a tool for emotional resonance and connection.
- Philosophical Themes: Each session draws from sacred texts like the Yoga Sutra, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, or mythic stories to offer practical insights.
- Meditation: Short seated or reclined meditation is part of each session to integrate the physical practice.
- What to Bring: Your mat and an open heart.

Open to all levels 12 years old & up.
