There is a Taoist saying: “Every human life contains 10,000 sorrows and 10,000 joys.” To be human is to feel both grief and love, sorrow and joy. By softening the heart, we make space to hold them all.

As Francis Weller writes, “We must couple grief and gratitude in a way that encourages us to stay open to life.”

Join Nadia for a two-hour session using breathwork, reflection, and deep relaxation—an invitation to quiet the mind and open the heart.

Cultivating space to care for ourselves, for one another, and for the world we share.

Open to all levels, 12 years old & up.
