"The trees are about to show us how lovely it is to let things go." – Unknown
This heart-centered breathwork workshop will honour the threshold between light and dark, movement and stillness. It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and rebalance. Together, we’ll explore the beauty of transition and the quiet power of letting go.
Through breathwork, journaling, and intention-setting, we’ll start to gently let go of tension and begin to feel trust, connection, vulnerability, compassion and love.
This session will include:
Gentle movements to ground and prepare the body
Journaling and reflection
Conscious, connected breathwork to clear space in the heart
Restorative stillness for integration and renewal
