  • Regular Schedule
    More than 1 hours’ notice:  
    Receive a credit on your account or you can transfer your credit to another session. No Refunds.

    Less than 1 hours’ notice: 
    No refunds, credits or transfers will be given.

    No-Show:
    Additional £10 No-Show fee for sold out sessions.

    You can call or email us up to the start of the session to not be charged.

    Workshops + Events
    More than 7 days' notice:
    Full refund or credit.

    Between 7 days’ and up to 72 hours’ notice:
    50% refund or 100% credit.

    Less than 72 hours’ notice:
    No credit or refund will be given.

    Die-Heart Member
    You can cancel your membership at any time; there is no minimum contract.

    For in-person sessions please give at least 1 hours’ notice, or you will be charged £15.

    If you are a No-Show for a sold out session, you will be charged an additional £10. You can call or email us up to the start of the session to not be charged.

  • We suggest always getting here 15 minutes early, so you can sign in, have a cup of tea and enjoy!

    If you are more than 5 minutes late you may not be able to practise.

    For a fully booked session, if you arrive less than 4 minutes before the start, your spot may be given away.
