Nadia has been teaching Yoga since 1996, teaching everyone from professional athletes, to pregnant women, to absolute beginners, adapting the practice to the individual's needs and ability. Nadia is one of Europe’s top Yoga teachers and one of the original teachers at London’s triyoga. She is also known for her range of bestselling DVDs, as well as co-authoring several bestselling books looking at why and how we take care of ourselves.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Nadia’s early years were inspired by an integrative eastern philosophy. Nadia travelled all over Asia and India learning about complementary and holistic practices in order to create an integrated feeling of well being not just in the body but in the mind, heart and spirit. Knowing that all 4 are interwoven and need to be addressed and working together in harmony.
“Nadia’s spirituality awakes my body and soul! Through practising yoga with her it enables me to connect with my inner self! More importantly it is good for my mind and a great to start to my day.” Kate Moss
“It’s been more than five years since I did my first yoga session with Nadia, and its become a pilar in my training and my lifestyle. She’s been able to adapt through my injuries and my playing schedules, always knowing what the best was for me.” Hector Bellerin
“Nadia has the perfect balance of rigour with strength and softness with openness in her teaching of yoga. She is disciplined and funny. A great combination. She doesn't take yoga too seriously whilst being a seriously good teacher.” Rachel Weisz
