NOVEMBER NOURISHMENT

Anti-inflammatory Protein Shake BY CHEF NATASHA

  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)

    1 cup of milk of choice

    1 heaping spoon of nut butter of choice

    ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

    ½ teaspoon ground turmeric

    Pinch of black pepper (helps the body absorb the turmeric)

  • Place all ingredients in the blender.

    Blend on your smoothie setting and enjoy.

    *Best to put the ground spices in last, otherwise, they can get stuck around the blade of the blender.
