(packs and memberships do not apply)The Hatha Yoga Pradipika is a text many of us are familiar with, even though we may not realize it. Practices like kapalbhati (sharp exhales through the nose) or asanas such as virasana (hero pose) and mayurasana (peacock pose) are explained, along with kriya (cleansing techniques), mudra (energetic seals using the body), and nada yoga, the yoga of sound. We will explore each of these areas, delving into the contemporary, practical applications of these timeless teachings, compiled hundreds of years ago.
Open to all levels.
