FEBRUARY NOURISHMENT
Saffron drink by Katia Narain Phillips
If you have trouble sleeping, this bedtime drink is the perfect addition to your evening routine. The chamomile flower has been used as a sleep aid for centuries, while Almonds are rich in melatonin, which is a hormone that is released to prepare your body to sleep and saffron contains mild sedatives. This combination will help you wind down from even the busiest day – and it tastes good too.
