APRIL NOURISHMENT

3 Ingredient Miso Dressing by chef natasha

  • 250 g white miso paste
    (you can also try it with brown or red miso)

    100 ml water

    100 ml rice wine vinegar

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth or whisk them together in a bowl.

    Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks

    Great as a salad dressing and with roasted or grilled vegetables.
