Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” Margaret Mead As our classes grow, and some are bursting at the seams, we are reminded that these full rooms are our version at Love Supreme Projects of a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens doing our part to lift each other up. As our hearts crack open, we become more and more aware that it is the open heart that tends the world. In the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, a book that dates back almost 2,000 years, there is no mention of class or caste, and almost no mention of gender. Yoga is about what it is to be human at the deepest level. Yoga is the experience of knowing that you are more than just your body and your mind - You are spirit, a soul, in essence, “A Love Supreme”. Everyone has the right to experience this.
