Where Attention Goes, Energy Flows. Making sure your energy flows in the direction you want it to go in involves setting intentions and reminders for yourself and then putting them into regular practice. This is one way to shift old patterns. So with that in mind, we created twelve intention cards, one for each month, to rest our attention. Each card has a Sanskrit word, an English interpretation and a simple way to put the intention into practice. We place ours on our desks or altars to bring the practice off the mat and into our daily relationships with our world. They remind us of our innate goodness and the vast capacity of our hearts. It’s so important to move our bodies, chant and breathe together as a community, but what happens when we step out of the building (or turn off our Zoom) and the challenges of life bump into us as we walk down the street, walk into our homes, or just straight up over occupy our minds. Each day rest your attention on the card you pulled and see if you can shift some old patterns you have been carrying around that no longer serve you. We hope you love them as much as we do!
