CANCELLATION POLICIES
Scheduled classes
More than 1 hour's notice:
Receive a credit on your account or you can transfer your credit to another class.
Less than 1 hour's notice:
No refunds, credits or transfers will be given.
Workshops & other events
More than 7 days' notice:
Full refund or studio credit.
Between 7 days’ and up to 72 hours’ notice:
50% refund or 100% credit.
Less than 72 hours’ notice:
No credit or refund will be given.
Monthly pass
You can cancel at any time, providing you give at least 14 days’ notice before the next renewal/payment due date.
Notice must be given in writing by email to info@lovesupremeprojects.com and we will confirm receipt of such notice by email.
As many of our classes are now fully booked, we ask that you cancel your spot if you are no longer able to attend, as this will open up space for someone else to practise.
